Mix Everything up and place the chicken on top of the veggies Add enough chicken stock to partially cover the chicken Roast at 400F and base your chicken with the chicken with the drippings every 30 minutes Cook time is between 90 minutes to 2 hours but check periodically, you’re looking for the chicken to be tender Remove from the cooked chicken from the baking dish add ketchup, honey, more of your seasonings to taste and corn starch slurry to thicken. Taste the sauce, it should have a subtle sweetness from the ketchup and honey if you feel it need more salt… add it! Add your chicken back to the sauce and enjoy with rice, cabbage, or by itself!
