Start Off With A Pound Of Andouille Smoked Sausage Diced Up Into Half Inch Pieces. Then Pour On The Veggies, Half A Large Onion, 2 Red Bell Peppers And Two Stalks Of Celery. Once Those Are Cooked Combine Them And Move Them To The Cool Zone. Add A Little More Oil And It's Time For The Pasta. 1 Bag Tortellini And 1 Bag Tortelloni. While The Pasta Is Cooking Add On One Bag Of Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined And Tail Off. Spice That Up With A Generous Amount Of Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning And About 3 Tbs Garlic Paste. Once You Get A Good Sear On The Tortellini And The Shrimp Is No Longer Translucent, Turn The Heat Down To Low And Mix Everything Together. Add A Little More Slap Ya Mama, Because Why Not? The Sauce Consists Of Heavy Whipping Cream, Enough To Coat Everything, And Louisiana Hot Sauce. Add Some Parsley And Get That Mixed In. Pull It, Add A Little More Heavy Whipping Cream And Hot Sauce.
