Video Title / Caption🔔 Tutorial: How To Make Shaker Doors Using A Router Table! This Router Bit Set Has Been So Nice To Have And That 22 Degree Beveled Front Edge Gives It That Nice Little Detail While Still Keeping It Pretty Modern. I Like To Use Poplar 1X3S For Making My Shaker Doors If I’m Going To Paint Them Since There’s Almost No Visible Graining In Poplar. Other Hardwoods Like Maple Or Birch Can Also Work, But They’re Just A Little Pricier. I Also Like Using 1/4” Mdf For The Middle Panel As It Sands Super Smooth And Is Very Stable. I Know Some People Use Slightly Thicker Mdf So The Door Has A More Substantial Weight And Feel, So I Might Have To Try That Out One Of These Days.
