I finally made green spaghetti for dinner after I’m not sure how long, but it’s been too long! Please like and follow for more🩷 You’ll need : 3 poblano peppers Chicken drumsticks (I used 6) Spaghetti noodles (I prefer thin) 1/2 onion 3 garlic cloves 6oz cream cheese 2 tablespoons of sour cream 1 cup of milk Black pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Chicken bouillon I start by taking the skin off the chicken drumsticks (this is optional). Then boil them with 1/2 an onion, chicken bouillon, and 1 garlic clove. After about 45 minutes, I dry them completely, season, and put them in a pan of oil to slightly fry them and get them crispy. When done I put them in a bowl with a napkin on the bottom so they’re not greasy. For the spaghetti, start with the poblanos. Start by removing the seeds along with the core. Char poblanos on a comal (or you can use an air fryer) until they’re completely charred on all sides. When they’re charred throw them in a ziplock or any plastic bag for 10 minutes to allow them to sweat (this makes peeling them a ton easier). I like to start boiling the spaghetti noodles now, they’ll be done right in time for the sauce. Peel the skin off of the poblanos, remove any seeds left behind, and set aside. Combine the poblanos in the blender with 6oz of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/4 of an onion, 2 garlic cloves, tablespoon of chicken bouillon, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion and garlic powder, and a cup of milk. Blend blend blend. Strain noodles, and set aside. In the same pot that you boiled the noodles in, pour a tiny amount of oil and add the poblano sauce. Allow to fry, and then add the noodles. You can add cheese, I normally do but I’m out today🥲You’re all done serve and enjoy 💚
