We also scrape the corners to get rid of every inch of old varnish! 9:00am Smoko aka coffee break ;) 9:20am Second sand on the big machine and edger using 80grit. 10:30am Buffing and orbital to get that floor extra smooth with 80/100grit. 12:00pm Most important - Lunch! 12:30 Vacuum and thorough clean. 1:00pm First coat of Berger-Seidle FlexPrimer goes down. 3:00pm By this time we are ready for second coat with NordicWhite (you can do multiple coats of this if you want the floor whiter). DAY 2 7:00am Lightly buff the floor with 180/220grit. This will prep the floor for the final coat to adhere better. Make sure you do a good vacuum after this! 8:00am Final coat with CeramicStar which includes a hardener to make the coating extra durable. *Floor is usable after 12hrs of drying! DONE!
