Theres obviously different types of depression.” yes, there is! depression itself is a mental condition where people can go through stages or different versions. being “depressed” is a temporary emotion. those two things are in fact different!! i’m pointing out how people say they’re basically suffering because they had one bad day. in no way am i trying to dumb down this condition or feeling. im merely speaking about people who exaggerate about this topic. ° . “Uh, Blazy? not everyone struggles with the symptoms you listed.” I’m aware! The things I listed are more on the generic end, but not everyone with mental illnesses cope or suffer with those things. some people might be cleaner to distract themselves. some people get lazy and feel weighed down. its a spectrum, and I know. #rant #viral #asmr #xyzcba #mukbang
