The best hike we’ve taken 🤩 wanted to see the 3 lakes, but we were nervous about hiking at such high elevation. We took it quite slow, drank electrolytes, and made the entire hike!! We were in CO for 4 days at this point and were at Pikes Peak on day 2. We definitely felt it, but were ok! Definitely recommend going early mornings as when we got out at 9:30, there were sooo many people and parking lot was full!
