Once You Get A Good Sear On The Tortellini And The Shrimp Is No Longer Translucent, Turn The Heat Down To Low And Mix Everything Together. Add A Little More Slap Ya Mama, Because Why Not? The Sauce Consists Of Heavy Whipping Cream, Enough To Coat Everything, And Louisiana Hot Sauce. Add Some Parsley And Get That Mixed In. Pull It, Add A Little More Heavy Whipping Cream And Hot Sauce.
